The coronavirus pandemic has disrupted lives all around the world. As people across the Philippines practice social distancing to help slow the spread of COVID-19, many businesses have temporarily shuttered. The Economic system has ground to a halt in many parts of the country.

In one way or another, we have all been touched by this pandemic, whether that means working from home or working on the frontlines.

Many schools and universities are opting to continue their regular classes on online platforms. It includes online tools, such as group video programs, that allow teachers and students to meet and conduct classes over the internet. For the fourth week, we are to survey what problems people nowadays face during the pandemic. During this survey, the participants are the school student of Central Mindanao University; some are Valencia National High School students.

As we gathered information from our fellow students, we identified many of their concerns; most of them have difficulties utilizing and optimizing technology, particularly in the medium that they will use in making reflection, essay, and blog. Now that the standard accessible technology is a cellphone.

These address us in changing our product. A competitive, efficient, and practical to use, plus has a safety feature type of Pen. The Universal Stylus Touch Pen. It provides a smudge-free swiping and clicking experience for use on a phone, tablet, or touchscreen device.

This product’s uniqueness is that it is an eco-friendly product by creating the Pen with Aluminum as the primary material. It will feature durable strength, low weight, low conductivity, non-flammable, recyclable, long-life, and affordable. We are also in a pandemic; the Pen presents the most comfortable and safest way to interact with most applications on touch tables and displays, especially if the students own one.

STYLUS PEN

Before we decided to change our product, we pick from the products and services that we have proposed. The first one is a grammar checking site; the second one is about the student loan; the third one is a delivery platform, and now the latest idea that we came up with is this stylus pen. As weeks go by, our respondents increase to 32 presently. Our respondent changes problems, having a majority of the paperwork, and that is how we end with The Universal Stylus Pen.

Taking steps to support students is essential during this challenging time, whether they are learning remotely or in classrooms. For us, that means more than merely making sure they learn from lesson plans and score well on standardized tests. We are as concerned about students’ social, emotional, and mental health. Let us understand each other if we learn to understand each other; we will have a better understanding of ourselves.
